I have definetly had better times. I fucked up and got a DV charge so life is upside down at the minute. I am just taking it one day at a time and working on myself at this point. I need to quit living life so hard and fast.

Court is in another week, I foresee a fuck ton of classes. Trying to work it out with the W but who knows at this point. smile.png

Killed it, went down 10% on weight and really slowed my pace.

I made it half way up the big mountian in the distance on the left this week. I plan on hitting the peak the next trip.

My reps have been high for a while, with so much soccer and ultimate frisbee, it is a little counter productive to stay heavy / long rest / short rep. So I have gradually been doing a little lighter and upping the reps a little while slowing the pace during reps but decreasing rest between. It is more so to change up the work out and get a deep burn and focus on form. wink.png

I don't need to add any more mass, already a thick tank for my frame as it is. So lean down a little and work on definition some more.
