I missed yesterday's work out, and won't go today either. So I will have to do make up this weekend.

Ill be doing yard work today so cardio is good. I have lost sooooooooooo much fat. It's nice. I have lost a little muscle in the process, but it's worth it. My waist is starting to become stubborn though. This must be where I plateaued last time. My arms and legs are getting leaner daily.

Yeah....and a wife who wants it done in 2 weeks before her god mother comes to town.

She is right though. I have been lazy when it comes to our home.

What bothers me though is I do everything. She does go to full time school and work, but I then support her in that. Get lawyers for work shit then help her write papers.

I have become wrongly bitter. So then I end up not getting things done. Today will be a bunch of hours outside in the hot, then a billion phone calls. While doing laundry. Not even a stay at home wife does as much as I do. And even unemployed I pay almost all the bills and grocery tabs.

I'm throwing myself a pity party about it.

This is the hardest part. I have to start cardio. Not so much for weight loss, but my calorie defecit is so bad I cannot power my muscles to have great work outs. So I need to exhaust myself another way.

It's also for general health. My "stamina" is low. I can't run well anymore. Before I was fat so I couldn't run. Not as fat now but still cannot run.

I used to cut a bit over 3 miles in 21 min. So sustainable sub 7 min miles. It was crazy. At 265 no less.

Some people, also known as women, who had not seen me in a long time were extra flirty the other night.

Kept grabbing my arm under the cuff of my shirt.

That was a HUGE ego boost.

It's that or adderal I think. And I'm so low on motivation seeing my doc sounds like work.

Do you have add? If you don't it would make a boring task even harder. Its amphetamines.

I am horrible. I just also have a control disorder so I beat it into submission most of the time. Or find a way to work with it.

It just wears me out. I'm super typical in symptoms. An energy drink or 3 before bed. Drink some booze to focus. Hard to feel stimulation from most drugs, tired in the morning, awake at night. Hyper focus or no focus. Procrastination. I used to have extreme social anxiety. Enjoy stress loads and don't notice it breaking me ....

Lost only 2 inches from my waist and 7 lbs since I started working out. But I can clearly see some extra muscle, so I assume something went ok. I need to detail the current workout and diet and ask you to spoon-feed me some changes tongue.png

Thinking about selling the 12" and walling an 18". Let's hope that will be enough in the sane regions.

Only think I am worried... shipping. Too damn heavy, hope I don't come around to an 15".

At 35 I am still playing with and against 21 year olds in soccer and ultimate frisbee. ;) Am I at the cardio and speed levels I was at 21? Haha, no, but I have the experience and skill to make up for it in both sports now. ;)

I should pick up a sport. Then I could see improvement instead of decline. Thank god I know I can get stronger as I get older.

Fucking Delta plane blew out its tire. Stuck in Bloomington for the night. Free room & food vouchers. Free bump to first class too.

And I'm in Germany so a wee bit a ways from the airport I better land at tomorrow night.

Just once a day (during dinner) replacing 1/2 of the meal. Do not have the time to do it more then that during the week.
