on the old wing there was a program. Black Baller I think it was called. It had a girlfriend mode, and then a baller mode. in GF mode it would block girls from your GF mode for calls and texts. You could set different backgrounds everything.

Absolutely amazing. I think someone even made a version to have multiple GF's. AWESOME!

I was also big into OClocking my device. I had that SoB on a variable OC that would ramp up when I used it and ramp down when it was in sleep mode or low use. it added a good 6+ hours of battery time, depending on style of use.

Radioshaft has a USB to RS-232 plug that lets you specify what COM to use.

Newegg has some for $7. I'd like one USB to 8 RS-232 or something. Speed wouldn't be an issue, but it should also be cheap as it is fucking serial for god's sake.

I don't regret paying for Pandora one bit. I like the 5hr wait window before asking if you are there still, higher quality, and unlimited skips per day (still 5 per hour per station).

You get the same with the Squeezebox and no monthlies Plus it streams all your other media to and can be remote controlled very easily. I paid $80 for mine.

If you've got a slow connection it will automatically reduce bitrate, that being said I have the PandoraOne so I don't know about the free version.

It's the same connection though here at work..... weird.
