Whacked out 155miles yesterday on the sled. My shoulders are sore.

Damn, that is a lot of mile on a sled. How far do you have to go to ride that much up there?

I can leave from my house normally, the lake isn't "safe" yet so I am not using it as an entrance to the trails. Have to drive to the other side of the lake basically. Pretty much <10mi outside of the beltway in Minneapolis they are legal from then on out. More trails here than highway.

Eh, just go fast enough and don't turn, you can make it across the lake. :)

It's easy to get, stop eating out. :P

And stay out of the freezer aisle.

Amusingly we have lived in our house for more than 2 years and I have been in the freezer aisle each of the two major local grocery stores once each. I will add that I don't eat Ice Cream so that doesn't bring me there. I do stop in at the Co-op for veggie burgers and Quorn products, but that is pretty much it. Oh, I think the two times were to buy frozen peas.

We didn't have a microwave either until this Christmas.

Cooking really isn't that hard anyway, what requires practice are knife skills. Regrettably knife skills require good knives as well and they aren't exactly cheap. Lots of good buys, but the more you cook the more things you cut which require different blades.

went up to the Hub City to have week long Christmas "fun" with the family; 3,100+ feet of elevation change really fucks with your sinuses BTW
