  • Chill- Lemme break it down as simple as I can on some of us here. The IHoP is like a big dysfunctional family. -M5 would be the uncle everyone respects and takes advice from. We may not like how he p

Stopping rubbing is one of two possible uses for CCF. :)

Glad you are enjoying it!

i saved some scraps just in case :woot:

next up is fiberglassing the 3's in the A pillers. not sure if i want to glass them directly or makes pods... first i need to figure out if i would like the mids up higher (above the steering wheel and gauge cluster) to avoid reflections or make pods (puts the speaker as far away from me as possible).

i think if i go higher it will look really... really ugly! theres no depth behind the panels

i never tried putting them in the kicks though. i should try it just to rule it out i guess.

What car? Never hurts to try multiple locations although getting things on axis and at the right height helps.

00' olds intrigue

i was looking through my photobucket but i dont see any good pics for the driver side a piller.. ill take a whole bunch later

That doesn't help :gayhaaay1:

I have no idea what that dash looks like. :puzzled:

Dash mounted midrange ! :)

At least seems like you have room.

Yep, corner up by where the a-pillar meets the dash. Should be easy to get a 3" pod up there :)

i got the 3 incher in some pvc endcaps right now.. really fuggglly but functional. i cant decide how i should do the pods?? i've never worked with fg but im thinking ill just take a mold of the corners and go from there instead of trying to build them on the a pillar...

He coulda' done a backflip and landed on his feet :D

Umm, he's white.

Umm, wow.

Just realized we have a couple knives that we received as a wedding present. I never ever use them for anything, but since they came from the W's family they sit in a drawer. She uses the paring knife sometimes because it is dull. That gets a ride in the dishwasher.

She likes to use a dull knife?

Yes for things like cutting a banana into baby size pieces and other shit that is handheld. I don't know, I still use one that cuts.

I understand that for sure. We have a buttefly knife that we keep in the kitchen as a letter opener/pry tool. It probably cost 5 bucks but it's nice to have a bluntish edge to work some things with.

I got to use 1 of my new knives 1 time this weekend. I cut an onion with the yanabiga, and it works for cutting verry thin slices, but it's too thick for cutting larger cuts.... Oh well. I guess I have to buy a thin vegi slicer......

:sigh:

:D

Oh noes! Sounds like a get to, not a have to.

Shhhh

It's heart break really. Maybe I'll snap some pics. I could link a pic of the knives online, but it will look WAY better next to my granite.

;)

I think next week I'm going to start a new exercise and diet lifestyle change.

My health is getting so bad I can't afford to be over weight also. Maybe it will help with some of my issues too. God knows just a little more moving would really help the arthritis.

Why next week? Why not this week?

I have obligations every night this week for tax and appointments for finances. I have started pedaling on the bike everymorning before work to loosen everything up so I'm ready.

I do agree 100% with the wish you would have started now 1 week from now. No good excuses other than I need time to get everything set up for it to be automatic or else I won't do it.

First time I lost a lot of weight I just woke up and started jogging. I couldn't jog as far as I set myself up for, but I forced myself to do it. Sometimes throwing up from my lungs not being used to it. I was 18, now I'm 30. I'm not sure if I could go into work after that like I would go into HS after.

Sean, I'm thinking 4 4x4's as posts and then just 2x4's for support and base for building my egg stand, then toss on some wheels on one side so I can roll it.

I have the slate base from the billiards table to keep it off the wood. IS there anything else I'm not thinking of???

Also did you fire up the saw!!>?>???!11?/11/?

4x4's for the uprights would be overkill but it would work just fine. 2x4 frame that you box in on the sides with plywood would be plenty of support. If you make it out of treated make sure to use hot dipped galvanized (or stainless steel) hardware on it.
