No, they cut me a deal since I was unemployed. I have never had a late payment with this bank in 7+ years I have been using them. Now, they want $420...wtf am I supposed to do? I still have to feed my kids and pay rent. They came to me and said, we can do $250 / mo and I was like "ouch" but I told them I would be able to make it. Then she said that someone higher up then her said "NO". Here is the email I got.

After further review of the situation I have been overridden by my manager on the $250 a month payments. At that rate it would take you 99 months to pay off the vehicle.

There are two option you can either start making your $420 payments again or you can turn the vehicle over to us.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

I'm sure with all the new government programs you could get some kind of protection. I don't agree with them, and I think it's wrong but if it's there you need to take advantage as best as you can. Don't let someone who is a garbage bag of a person get a benefit you should have.

If they are stopping outright the forclosure of homes you can get something done.

I saw some comparison shit from Whirlpool and according to them, top loaders are more efficient, clean better, and last longer, but more people like the front load ease of removal, and they can make them quiter, plus they don't last as long, so people will buy more, hence the big move to front loaders. This was actually in some training literature from the company. Why would they even print this? IT just takes one pissed off employee to spread it.
