Quick question on wiring. I already have a single DIN head unit. Can I re-use the wiring harness or should I get a new one?

Sweet choice, are you getting the H-100 or H-701 to go with that? As far as the harness, are you refering to the adapter plug that plugs into you factory wiring harness and adapts to the HU's pigtail? If so, you should be good.

i dont know if we have any musically inclined guys who frequent the HOP but if you are, im thinking about learning guitar... i've been thinking about it for quite a long time and im pretty determined to learn. im a big gamer and after seeing the new rock band game actually releasing a guitar through fender that is a working guitar as well as an actual controller (basically there are sensors along the neck of the guitar to detect your fingers)made me interested in giving it a try. trust me if i spent half the time i usually spend playing COD or halo on learning guitar it would not take long to learn at all..

of course the price is a bit ridiculous considering you need the guitar @ 280 bucks, game @ 30-40 bucks used, and a midi adapter @ 40 bucks.

im sure some of you might be turned off to the price but what are your opinions?

I already have the H701/C701 combo with my single DIN. I know the W505 can control the H701 but I already hacked up some interior to fit the C701 and I heard its easier to control the H701 from the C701.

Now I'm getting excited again. W505 up top with C701 at the bottom (where the stock tape player is in the silverado) and I'll even have digital input to my H701
