Random thought of the day....

Make weather seals on your doors hollow and sealed. Do some fancy magic to run an air hose to them and every time you close your door and start driving they fill up with air and expand to create a better seal and reduce wind noise....

So I got my amp back installed, Turned on the music, closed my rear Extended Cab Door and the H701 just turned off and won't come back on :(

WTF ? That is ridiculous, sounds like you have some ground issues...

Did your amp fail, then got repaired and you didn't change the ground so it failed again?

Seems like I had a wee bit too much red wine and now I'm dizzy as hell.

What soludions do I have for tomorrow's possible headache ?

going to gurgle up 1/2 galon of water to keep me hifdrated and I'll read other solutios tomorrow after I wake up.

Everything out on the workbench, powered ftrom a battery. If there are problems with thge gear, they should be obvious there. If not, reinstall piece by piece and test.

RMS Power in Watts

@14.4V, 2O Mono, =1.5% THD+N 10000 x 1

@14.4V, 4O Mono, =1.5% THD+N 5000 x 1

Frequency Response, + 0 / - 1 dB -- 20 Hz - 200 Hz

90% efficient @ 2ohms

Signal-to-Noise Ratio -- >95 dB, a-weighted, re: rated power

Input Sensitivity -- 170 mV - 5 V low level

Low Pass Crossover -- Variable Low-Pass, 50 - 200Hz, 24dB per octave

High Pass Sub-Sonic Crossover -- Variable High Pass, 20 - 60Hz, 24dB per octave

Bass Boost -- Variable 0 to +18 dB boost @ 40 Hz

What you think guys?

I no buy without gut pics. And I onlt buy stuff I can fix myself, even in the extreme case I melt the board...

aaand the turkey is in the brine

used disposable gloves, bleached the everloving shit out of the kitchen, and washed up to my elbows with soap and water for about a minute; if I get sick again it'll be a Christmas miracle

You'll probably get sick Peng! Lol

Well the H701 is getting power. The C701 is connected directly to it. The remote wire is reading .23V (DC). I'm not sure if that is what it is supposed to read but it still isn't powering up. I'm going to be sick if my H701 went out on me the day before I get my W505.
