Your problem is their location. Every 3rd gen I've ever been in has been notorious for hot feet.

I wouldn't worry about it to much. I would be amazed if they rusted through in the lifetime of the car.

Agreed but it seems like every site I looked at today has been swearing that header wrap is the worst thing since Cancer.

I used it on my LTs on my Cobra and never had any issues. They're still on there too, although they were SS so that helps. I wouldn't worry about rust.

Yea I remember the guys talking about it and PE is selling these pretty cheap per watt if they do rated. I shall wait and see what others have to say.
