What's your diet? You eat after all the workouts?

So here goes as wuick as I can

Morning (5:30) Muscle Milk (because they're fawking delicious) a tab bit of peanut butter and a scoop of C4 (really really gets me going in the morning)

Post workout - either gatorade/musclemilk light, gatorade/scoop of protein, breakfast tacos somewhere :)

Lunch - Normally left overs from night before (hard to explain all that variety, sometimes homeade pizza, steak and veggies, chicken rice green beans, pasta, etc....

Snack - some type of after class snack, milk, energy bar, whatever really, I'm normally just hungry

Dinner - Similar to lunch, sometime eat out

Workouts:

Mon - Upper (Bench, Bi, Tri, Pull ups, abs) Cardio: 4 100m sprints with warm up and cool down

Tues - Legs and Shoulders/back (squats, leg press, shrugs, calf raises, etc..) Cardio: Long Swim

Wed - Upper (similar to other switch up workouts) Cardio: Intervals of 1min "sprint" 1 min jog with warm up and cool down

Thurs - Long Run, Long Swim

Fri - Upper and others, lots of weight going into the weekend

Sat - Long Bike

Sun - Rest

You guys make me feel lazy with all this working out talk. All I do is manual labor.

You guys make me feel lazy with all this working out talk. All I do is manual labor.

Its all bull shit anyways. My brother is into body building and lifts a shit ton of weight, but has no real strength. His punches are weak, he can't loosen a stubborn bolt, and when we wrestle, I simply whip his ass. He's got 40lbs on me and it's all muscle and still doesn't have the strength I have.

Back in the day I was both wrestler and lifter, hell I had to suck weight to get to 189lb with 8% body fat (so the doctor said) Today I just work and run.

I like the acronym system, in my mass emails I use ALCON.

When I first joined the AF it was like russian to me.

I'll be speaking to my parents or GF and will be throwing out 100 acronyms a second and they are just like trippy.gif

A true body builder really does work out just to gain the muscle and there are plenty of ways to gain it without gaining actual strength

Haha, well my job and school = sitting at a computer all day.

"going out in the field" for my research means driving a total of 4.5 hours to stop at 3 places and spend 20min per place warming up an engine and taking an oil sample.

So I have to do something or I would go friggen nuts

I thought you were selling your house Sean?

I am, which explains why I didn't sound deaden the shit out of the HT room. Going to finish a few projects and make it $$.

I'll have less than $1.5k into the HT room and it adds 400sq ft to the house. It'll put us up near 5000 and have a dedicated room for pretty much everyone. 5 bedrooms, workout room, billiards room, home theater/kids play room, storage room, two living rooms, sun room, dining room, big eat in kitchen. Stereo and automated lights run to it all. Partly going to suck to leave, but if it allows me to buy lake front I'm happy.

Little investment for a larger return! Great idea!

Doing the kitchen floor, some landscaping, replacing all the light switches, painting a bunch and so on. ALL SHIT I should have done right away. Figures. :(

Which is fucking stupid. The amount of small penis's in the world is unbelievable. Not sure why they care so much what they look like, but instead should focus on how they feel. And believe me, that will help more with women than some fake muscle bullshit. Insecurity is a bitch. Hell look at the Anthole, rofl.

That's why some people don't just shove weights around, but actually build muscle from doing shit. Perfect example would be using rings (like gymnast), or exercise routines that are coined "primal fitness", all usable strength that transfers over into real life.

Well its got similarities to the people who have the Porsche/BMW/Mercedes or the big SUV, flashy jewelery, etc. They have a quest to 'compensate' for a shortcoming some place else. Mommy didn't love me, I have no coordination, I am a fucking moron on anything else, small dick, etc. I know in the case of some of the guys I work around, they were 300+lbs in school and consistently made fun of. They lost the fat by getting in the gym, stuck with it because it made them feel good physically and mentally.

Now some people do get TRULY obsessed like with any other 'hobby' or 'sport'. And those people are the EXCEPTION not the rule. I will say this, just like building a World Record SPL or SQ car, a car to win a race in NASCAR or some other racing circuit, or maybe even to be a high jumping Olympian it takes a SHIT TON of dedication and 10x more willpower. Now that being said, some of these 'body builders' are fucking shit heads. Complete and utter self centered, self obsessed douche bags who wouldn't help their little brother learn a thing much less anyone else. Again, we are talking about the exception not the rule.

Personally I enjoy hitting the gym when I have the time. Lately I have had little to no time to get in there especially with a hernia and a shittastic knee; and a wife who hates not having someone to vent to immediately after work. I gotta start back in there cause I am getting 'tubby' and that will not fly in my line of work.

One area I would love to gain more strength in is body weight exercises. I guess its really just part of my genetics to not be able to do a lot off pullups, push ups, dips, etc...

And I like to put some money in Aaron's pocket, even though I know he doesn't get much.

I agree, he is a good guy and provides awesome support 24/7!

I just don't understand why I have to pay shipping! wink.png

Haha, yeah. When we reach big time status and UPS drops our rates to something really attractive...

I'm too lazy to join a gym, everything I do is in my room with a dip bar and pull up bar. (plank progressions, weighted chin-ups, pushups, weighted dips, rows, front levers, back levers).

I'm not working on becoming super ripped, especially since I'm going to start running after summer, and they don't go hand in hand. :P

I just enjoy making fun of people who bitch about shipping.
