Another goofy thing with the ms8, the subwoofer level attenuates on the whole overall signal, not just the subwoofer channel. So with the subwoofer level raised, more midbass.

I cross my sub @50hz and it is steller sounding at any level.

That's where mine is, crossed as low at the ms8 allows, otherwise I'd try lower!

Definitely like it crossed low, impact without "muddying up" the front stage.

Just finished cleaning the rust and repainting the driver's side rain gutter on the Jeep. For it's age rust wasn't big. Wire wheel action, Naval Jelly, primer and black paint. And I found some nice seam sealed locally, so I went crazy on the seams. The rain gutter was not even primered from the factory, a trim was just slapped on with seam sealer and there we go. If my fix lasts 2-3 years without rust (always parked in the garage), I'm a happy camper.

Passenger side rain gutter doesn't seem to have problems but it will also come later.
