It's sad, they seem more popular now than when they made good stuff.

If I wanted to cut a 10" pvc pipe to a perfectly square end and have access to a table saw, skil saw, or radial arm saw how would you jig it so that I can cut it straight?

Cut an MDF ring with the ID equal to the pipe OD, or any other material which is rigid enough, mark 3-4 spots on the pipe at the desired length, slide the ring over the pipe and align it with the marks, use the ring as guide to cut or mark.

That's how I do it for PVC pipe and after marking the cut line, I freehand the cut with an angle grinder. It doesn't turn out as good as a perfectionist would want but it's pretty damn good :)

Kalashnikov in 6.8 Remington with reflex sights would be fun too

For anything above 4" I trim close to where needed, then make a couple plugs, install one on the known square end, fill with sand, install the other plug to a square line and roll it around a flush trim bit on the router table.

Silenced. Large bore sub sonic/sonic optiond round on a black rifle is my dream home defence weapon. 300 blackout, or whatever that fat ass socom round is.

Sweet. Problem solved. I'll attempt the table saw, but slightly too long. If it works no worries, if not I'll install my end caps and flush them off.

<--feels like an idiot, lol
