If I advertise "No smoking, no pets" ... why are people who smoke and have pets contacting me asking if I will let them rent the home?

At work today we broke some 2x2x24" wood pieces to see what they yielded. Pecan broke at the highest of a tad over 4,000lbs, I've got some pics of it and the rest of the shop that I'll post later when the camera batteries get charged again.

I have to stop answering the phone at work, i'm starting to do business talk to everyone i talk to.

Today i called sean and when getting off the phone i gave the formal, "ok i'll see ya later"

no..no i wont because he's not going to be coming back into the gap to return clothes.

I don't think we are suppose to have pets in our place either but the landlady said if we gave her a 200 deposit for my room mates dog she'd be ok with it. I understand we're you are coming from though, people just like to ask I guess? lol
