Aaron I haven't heard any of these, but based on what I have read here is what I'd buy:

For ~$30 each: Seas H1212, Seas H1189, Morel MDT20

For ~$20 each: NORTH D25-06S

If you are super cheap, I like the new Aura NT1 but it won't be the best with the Mli as it can barely play low enough.

Other than that there isn't anything I am interested in unless we can raise the $ amount.
