Regularly on Bm'ers the aftermarket intakes don't work as well as stock. My M5 is a classic example. The K&N filter is significantly worse than the stock paper (I have both). They normally aren't under sparked either.

Funny you comment on the suspension as that is the one thing I would look to improve, but I love the feel of the ///M cars.

The reason with me and suspension, is that I take it too far. Haha, near track ready set ups are not fun daily. But if you say the intake is fine the way it is, I wont touch it, along with the current. I just wanted to get a few more hp and maybe a little more mpg with out effecting it too much. I was at that sweet spot on the explorer, but the headers took me right over the edge, followed by mass air sensor and throttle body.

So, last night I got all the drywall dust cleaned up and proceeded to go outside and clean my new vacuum. Upon stepping out onto the porch, my akle decides it wants to spin my foot around 180 degrees and make a nice sound like a board breaking. Next thing I know, my face is planted on the patio and I can't fucking move my leg. Finally get up to my feet, err foot, and I can't place any weight on my right foot. So, I call my girl, who is an RN, and she's not answering the phone. All I want is a ride home so I can cut my freaking hair. SO, I proceed to call my sister, who is also a nurse, and she comes over. Just as she gets there, my girl finally gets home. Here I am SURE my ankle is broken, and BTW, my insurance was supposed to kick in last week, and I was just informed 2 days ago that it doesn't kick in for another 4 months. So here I am with a jacked up ankle, no insurance and two pissed off nurses who really don't want to be here. They both think it's a sprain, I can move all my toes, and my ankle slightly, but damn does it hurt. They tried to get me to go to the hospital, but no fucking way without insurance. Kiss my ass.

Worst part is, I can't even drive.

also does anyone here have experience with a clarion drz9255? I've been reading a lot about it lately on diymobile and elitecaraudio and it seems to look nice on paper and reviews but who actually has used one? Having a 4-way built in crossover would be nice but what kind of EQ would be good for it? Just wanting to know what you guys think about it.
