someone should tell me never to drink cold water after exercising. getting a cold in may-june-july really sucks.

Drinking cold water is a good thing, your body has to burn more calories to absorb cold water then it does room temperature.

but i catch a cold really really fast

But its a long frickign way to go to paint a car...

HVLP is easier...just do a test panel or a piece of cardboard first. Painting is sort of like riding a bike and firsthand I watched my parents pick that up a few months ago when I took them to Italy. It had been more than 25 years and they both had no problems.

is anyone at all interested in the eclipse 8053 and BLA? even for a steal of a price? I keep changing my mind every day about HU but i just want more tuning capability

I am actually a little depressed at the capabilities of the Eclipse as well. My 8454 has no where near the flexibility of the 880.

yep, everything is "good enough" but that's never good enough for me. I probably won't be happy till i have a p9 combo in.

I'd like one of those, but the H701 has so many more future connectivity options it makes it hard for me to even think p9. If I go the processor route at the price they get for either option, I will probably just go straight to carputer instead. Currently I do not have the time to figure that one out.

I can't actually imagine using the BLA. Even with the 8v off my 8454 I have to keep my gains on off otherwise the sub goes ballistic. Heck I've never had noise with weak 5v outputs.

Grrr, I finally have my analyzer and now realize that in my "enlightened" state of lets hurry and sell the house I have a $2k measurement microphone in a bin in a public storage locker someplace. I really wanted to adjust my t/a the right way and see what it does to my stage beyond where my ears have it set. Frustrating.

w00t, back from the junkyard, managed to get two door panels and a new rear deck cover.

while there, there was an older guy talking about some movie (had the DVD in his hand) he kept talking about how it was 2 hours long and that was a good length for a movie. The whole time they were ringing me up this customer kept talking about this DVD. Right as i'm turning to leave i catch a glimpse of the dvd

I'm really hoping that my brother lucks up with his current job, they've been talking about putting in a paint booth just for him which means i could do whatever the hell i wanted there. If that doesn't work out and i actually spend a lot of $$ on paint, i'd be tempted to drive 10 hours to get a nice place to spray it (and a decent compressor)

Doesn't allow any extra noise to come into the system. To me since I don't have any, not sure why I'd want one.
