i think the laptop finally bit the dust, i get the initial "toshiba" boot screen for about .2s and then just a flasing cursor. Got a feeling it's motherboard related.

I call julie to see if she'll come over with her laptop and she tells me she can't stay long, which pisses me off because i remember working on her POS for about a week to get it working. And then she proceeds to ask me to come fix her mom's blazer tomorrow.

Driving the 528i long distance home last night was fun. There was a Bach marathon and a 540i from Mass that was in a hurry, so latched onto his tail and moved. Was fun.

Going back down tomorrow night, I need a laptop bad.

I raced a Hog with a big S&S in it tonight. Rolling 10-100.

And got beat.

lol..serves you right. everyone thinks h-d's are slow, and for the most part, if they aren't 1200 sportsters or vrods, they are. but it doesn't take much to make them breathe. maybe they won't get crotchrocket fast, but they'll run with the highend cars.

example, about two weeks ago, i got into a roll on race with a viper. he just couldn't figure out why i stayed at his door. topend would be all him though. bu midrange, where we were playing, lol. i probably made him a bit deaf as well, lol. and mine is only 95in^3, with 205 cams. if i had a 6spd tranny where i could close up the gear ratios a bit, i would've gotten the viper, lol.

but i'll settle for the draw.

I knew I wasn't going to win when he pulled up next to me, told him that before we went but hell if I am at least not going to try.

I am just happy today because I am officially in the 40's in a neon with no real battery and just one saz-1500d. Oh well. time to take out my pretty box and start building a new one, add a real battery, order a second saz-1500d, wire the second head-unit, actually go through with my wall build, order more wiring, order my aero-ports... damn I have a lot of work to do.

Anyways, on the bike vs car thing. I hate bikes that aren't willing to play past a 100, granted they only have 2 wheels and all, but when you are playing with a bike in an automatic neon and get eaten from 75, only to roll past them once you hit 115 is boring. Damn, I know I'm slower and all I just want to know how much slower.
