Turns out my teacher has been working out our "review" questions for answers to give to us for two days...

this review consists of 8 questions, that will be very similar to the 8 questions on the test,,,

only problem is, I only have 75 minutes to do those 8 questions tomorrow morning on the test,... the teacher took hours upon hours to solve the practice ones she gave us...

always was the other way around. the teacher solving a 2 hour test in 20 mins and then telling us it was easy.

Wow, PCR analysis ... it has been a LONG time since I have had to deal with that. I can't really remember how to deal with the results.

Are you measuring yield and reaction quality or using the results to determine something genetic?
