Couldn't really sleep last night thinking about it.

Now comes the chore of playing my realtor to help him play the one that the owner of the house is working with. Trying to game plan that isn't trivial and can make a rather large difference in our buying power.

I just wanted to let my fellow hoppers know, myself and Flip over at CA.com are trying to arrange a Meet in Tunica Mississippi if anyone is interested. Hang out during the day, Casinos at night. It will be December 15th as of right now, might be subject to change but we have to see how many people are even interested.

I wasn't thinking ahead very well... my towers are 6ft tall, and I cannot fit them in my car to get them home. LOL
