:woot: thanks Matt. Always curious to try whatever I haven't eaten. My sort of standard menu reading trick, what is this I haven't heard of it, I'll take it.

she's going to get on top of it as soon as she finishes homework...lmfao

i could read the post it to you, but seeing as how i don't speak korean it'd be... slash, zero, h, arrow, pointy thingy

for home audio, is it crazy to assume that you could just run a HT setup off receiver power? i need to find a setup for her parents' downstairs room but don't even know where to start. don't want anything too expensive, i'm guessing a budget of 2k-8k but that's totally off the top of my head.

Between feeling like crap and other things...............today has been a 90/10 FTMFL/FTMFW type day...........

bahahahaha, this guy definitely doesn't conceal how he feels (he writes for Muscle Car Review)

"The challenge to put together a bone-stock versus modified comparison initially had me looking for one of those loathsome, Pro Touring, poseur cars. Even out here in the Midwest, the trend is catching on, with a growing contingent of people who are ditching their 14s and 15s for more contemporary wheel-and-tire packages. I have to admit that there are certainly economical advantages to keeping a car on jackstands until show time and then borrowing the 20s off Mom's tricked-out Suburban. Sure, the brakes no longer work, the steering radius is halved, and all potholes most be plotted out prior to departure. But doggonit, those diamond-studded, five-spoke rims draw the crowds at the drive-in."

Wow what an assface...(even though I don't advocate anything bigger than 18" on a car)

I'd buy him a beer :D

Given enough efficiency, you could. How big of a room?

big ass room but thank god it doesn't have to fill it,

Is the receiver 4 ohm stable?

hasn't been bought yet, so maybe

i'm figuring a receiver is going to be the easiest way to accomplish what they want. it also must be able to run HDMI for the ps3

OT in championship!!

no building on this one, and given that the TVs msrp is around $6k i'm hoping to get that kind of budget at least.

still debating if i should do it or not though

And UNC lost.

Can't expect anything more out of the season than that.

but in all seriousness. How many people do you think doing a blind ab test could discern the $50k from $100 cd player ? I would bet out of 100 people tested, those who picked it right could be counted on one hand :)

I would guess the number would be over 50%

My bet is not very many, unless there was some serious design flaws with the $100 CD player

Which is exactly why multiple independent tests need to be done for each listener :)

Guessing right once is one thing, guessing right five times in a row is another :)
