Sean, I have been looking for homes, on the cheep, and I want to be out in the tonka area. Hard to find real forclosure deals online. Is that area in too high of a demand. Looking in the low low 200's.

What's your take on value out there too. I don't know anyone living out there anymore, most of my friends from there moved way up north now.

I used to. But due to limited time at the gym now, I have really dropped some mass in the last year. My wedding pictures are the leanest I have been in a long time and I am only really working on cardio.

Wire is wire as long as it is flexible enough and big enough for your use.

well what i was think the welding wire will take the heat a lil better

and i need the flexibility of audio wire
