For a budget gas grill, I'd look at the Nexgrills. Lots of reasonable stuff from them and they can all run propane and then be converted to natural later.

Nexgrill is the worlds largest grill supplier. They make the Kirkland, Jenn-Air, and all sorts of others. Pretty much all of the budget ones that are made from decent stainless.
