so I got the PJ. I haven't unsealed the unit just opened to know what was in it.

..... I have a situation. The company who I purchased it from has not billed me, has never sent me a receipt, seams amazingly shady, and when I look up my account they don't even have a record of my email in their system. I tried to notify them about the issue.

WTF should I do?

I plan on canceling my Visa tomorrow in case something bad happened. I am going to put a short term freeze on the account too. The dealer was endorsed by amazon and cnet had good reviews etc, but this is weird. Never had a company that didn't take my money. It's also about 3 buisness days later than it should be, and if I don't have an actual invoice, I can't collect on my rebate or warranty or anything.

If they contact me I have no problem paying for what I ordered, but this is insanity.
