ok, got my stocks, now it's time for the market to boom after the election....ready go

I'm down a fair bit in the stocks myself but some have gone up.

=/

i'm not down, the ones i bought are at the lowest they should go, at the very most a 30% drop that's really assuming the worst. Hopefully within 6months i'll be able to sell a quarter.

which stocks did you purchase?

not even telling unless they do what i hope they will. I have a few penny stocks i'm in, i'll be more than happy to tell you those as they are the ones i put small amounts in

VC, rusl, i'd watch wb too in the news too, i wouldn't bother buying any time soon though.

MCD and GE have good possibilities in the future and wal-mart can always be a safe bet.

that's the basis but i haven't bought all those and have others that i'm not mentioning because they're beyond high risk.

I was up at 4:30 this morning, i can't wait to get home and take a nap

i actually have nothing in them for the same reason, but eventually i know i'll use them.

the other important point is that I am not trying to do long term investments. High risk, high loss. I'm making a point to not put too much in any single stock because some of these will be major losses

2-3 I don't remember but they dealth with batter back up Coke and Microsoft did well, Im not sure how MS is today though. I'm just up about 7 bucks a share when my guy purchased several weeks back. I hope the apple I got spins up too. We purchased at a good deal.

Much of what I buy has a dividend, and is junk. I also have a good chunk in a realestate venture with a 7% gain period. Not bad, just stuck there for 10 months or whatever. I don't care I don't use that money for anything but investing anyway. Thats the old man money

=)

i refuse to give money to wallmart, even if it is a bad business decision

I shop sams club. Costco just moved in, I might check them out.

I probably save 300-700 bucks a month shopping at sams.

I wish I had something to do.

I really loath that just because I am an excelent CSR it nulls all other skill sets I have, and garuntees tha I will never receive a promotion in this department.

Case in point. 3 calls came in which were with serously ignited people. All having notes to talk to a supervisor. Each one spoke with a different rep and it escalated past the ability of those people to deal with. Everytime I difused the person, handled the situation, once I figured out that there wasn't a problem just goofey looking math and helped the employee see that. The other 2 people our office was liable to fix, or responsible for but I helped the insanely mad employee understand, accept, and cope with the results and deal within the time frame they had too. One was escalated to department managers calling on behalf of the individual.

I saved my supervisor hours of issue clean up. I don't expect a thanks, but I do expect respect. That's in low supply here.

It is gorgeous outside. I should be fishing, but I have a shit ton of work to do. :(

It was freezing the morning but it does look nice.... down the hall from my cube through the window

:sigh:

My friends dad is going to "make some calls". He aparently knows a DPMS guy who does shows and has one or 2 of everything they prefabricate.

:crosses fingers:

come on out to southern calif, there's never poor weather and it is always 75-85 deg here in santa barbara. we get an earthquake once every 10 years or so but it won't affect you unless you're driving on a bridge or live on a fault.

If I could move to San Diego and do what I do and bring all things SSA and Amanda and Arthur with, I would do it. :)

wuts stopping you? atomic is in oxnard, you could snug ur way in along the coast too :)

Haha, we don't get paid for SSA yet, I have a full time day job that is on average 90 mins. one way commute.

If you could go anywhere in the world for a vacation, where would it be? End of july I beleive. I just know I gotta be there and be mostly sober.

(hony moon next summer)
