I only watch sports if I know its going to be a good game. I've always found it better to watch on TV

Hockey is a sport that should be watched live. Huge difference, more so than any other sport.

Question for you Texans. Is Schaub done for the year or just 4 weeks? I'd guess the year, but I see conflicting reports here and thought maybe you had heard more info.

I'd assume the year for that injury. Ouchers.

Tomorrow is going to be a big bucket of fail regardless of the outcome.

Interesting prediction, why?

As I do not want to turn this into a political thread at all. I strongly prefer zero politics on SSA. So with that said, it is very disappointing what the American public is told to believe and the choices we are given. The two main choices are massive polar opposites and neither represent the majority of the country at all as only in reality, only a small faction of people are as left as one and as right as the other. I am disgusted how the DNC has taken the approach of win at all costs no matter how illegal, and just as disgusted with the RNC for pushing so far out to the right and not hitting the issues with a realistic approach and spending too much time pointing the finger at the incompetence and poor choices of the other side while not addressing their own mistakes and how they will not make them again. Now I voted this morning for someone other then the major two choices. In the end it was a lost vote as this state is so far corrupt and in the bag for the DNC voting at all either way makes no difference, but I still voted. I am not at all saying one person is better then the other, but that the position that the population is in with two very poor main options to choose from. Just so hard to believe we have fallen this far this fast and this is the best both sides can come up with. Tonight will tell us who won, but in the end we never really had the power to make the choice our selves as a population. The winner was decided a while ago, and there are dead people voting to ensure that end result. Such a sad position we are in. The worst part about it for me is the massively out of control far far left tax and tax and raise taxes and tax and spend governor that has nothing but lied the entire time. Financially, it is very rough to stay and live in this state, but as it only is going to get even farther worse we cannot afford to make a change with out taking a major loss.

Sorry for the rant, just so disappointed, and no please people do not turn this into a political debate like so many threads are on other large forums filled with uneducated about the facts people post biased talking points from the media. I really hope Keith Olberman / Rachel Maddow are out of a job now.

Media, that is another subject of the poor state we are in, they really showed their ass these last two years, proving that the next four will be purely filtered and spun full of :bull:

Picked up one of these:

www.hdx1080.com

The HDX1000, so slick to use. Plays every movie file type I have & every music type except apple lossless.

Tomorrow is going to be a big bucket of fail regardless of the outcome.

My question was rhetorical which you probably noticed 5 posts further down.

The real question is where is the economically conservative, socially middle person that the country really needs. :(

I just bought more amps..... I really gotta get rid of all my spare amplifiers now, i have no need for them but buy them because of the deals.

finally got me an industrial spray bottle :woot:

shouldn't call it industrial, I'll stick with "large bore siphon tube spray bottle"

speaking of which, anyone know the diameter of a toothpick? 100 mils I thought
