It swells with a white blister at the center at first, then it will redden and dry out becoming a lesion. Ice is the only thing you can to unless you have a reaction...then get to the hospital and get the antivenom.

Well it has a little yellow blister with a tiny black dot in the middle.

But idk, if it looks worse tomorow im going to the doctor.
