i need fi's phone number. ups says it delivered its package at my front door at 12:40pm. well, it wasnt or somebody has stolen the package from my step. i think it was delivered to the wrong house, or the hoodlums that live next door saw i wasnt home and stole the package. b/c its kinda hard to steal a package carrying 2 12" subs in broad daylight. i ordered 2 fi q 12's. im out $500+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fi's site only has the sale's e-mail and last time i e-mailed it they said they were recieving mass e-mails so they might respond. i need fi to contact ups so they can start an investigation. i hope fi is willing to do this. this is very disheartening, why me?!

call the shipping company too. i had a mach5 mj-18m go to the wrong house and i found that out through the shipping company.

you might be looking at it where it says billing info recieved and it just gives you a scheduled delivery date, but it really doesn't deliver that day.

I second that! Call up UPS and ask what happened, and if it was really delivered. I would think Fi would require UPS to get a signature instead of just dropping it off. I just ordered a 12" Fi Q, hopefully they make someone sign for it.

Call UPS..calling us isn't going to do anything because we'll have to call UPS as well.

It's best for you to call them and see where the package was left, the driver has to note in the diad board as to where and when it was left. If it was stolen, it's in their hands.

When I received my 12" Q the guy just rang my door bell and by the time I went to answer he was gone. I highly suggest in calling UPS and see where they delivered and possibly keep an eye on your neighbors or anyone who you think could have stolen them. Who knows maybe the driver couldn't find your house and drove back to their office or something you never know. Best of luck dude.

this is why i stay on UPS tracking.. untill the day they are on that little brown truck.. then i call them and meet the driver on his route some where! everytime.

Sorry it was taken, but good luck with UPS. We have not had any luck with them on resolving stolen equipment on multiple orders.

Good luck bro! I was taken by the fact that UPS just dropped off my IA LI 15's. Luckily for me I work late nights and watched tracking for delivery date so I stayed up that day. They just rang the doorbell and drove off.

Any delivery company has to get a Sig if not how can they prove that it was dropped off the word of the driver I think not

It seems like everyone here has had PROBLEMS with UPS... I think that everyone should stop using them and find a different Currier

lol... everyone has problems with ALL shippers. Trust me with that one. UPS has been better than most we have used. Odd thing in that we had 2 claims in one week when it has literally been months without a claim.

Waiting for the 20th for the trace to conclude and we will get another out ASAP.

yea i have had some problems with ups to. i ordered 2 boston g5's and when they came i was on the way home from work. i got there and the truck was sitting out front, but when i got to the door the guy was on the ground opening the box. he didnt see or hear me walk up so it scarred him when i said "what are you doing?".

he said he was delivering the package and he would go get the other one. i was like wtf but whatever at least i got them.

the guy was opening my mail with no one there.

im glad they packaged it with lots of tape cause i probably wouldn't have ever seen those woofers.

you should have filed a complaint against that guy. he probably was doing this with others too.
