It surprised me at first I thought I clicked the wrong thing on my speed dial.

the creator of this skin just fixed the style sheets so the forum doesn't "shake" while loading. Great customer service from those guys.

It is a post/sig divider, the stone skin has the same thing but it is more defined.

added a js ad on the top corner. Actually cleans the board up alot with that. I'll expand on it later.
