Posted July 7, 200916 yr maybe I will implement a project to obtain a maximum pressure result in music.I recommend a good project to be over 156db music media?obviously with sundown audio componentsthere is any competitor who has made some system for this type of race? component and results?what advice? band pass?classical wall installation?4 nightshade 18" 4 saz-3500D?6 nightshade 15"3 saz-3500D?8 sundown Z154 saz-3500D?or?I accept tips, photos, projects and schemesI want a bass terrible, to be done to destroy the car
July 7, 200916 yr Author I would use the eight woofers for best reliability.8 nightshade 15"2-4 saz-3500D?8 Z152-4 saz.3500D?You have created such cars?
July 7, 200916 yr We had 4x Nightshade 18s and 4x SAZ-3000Ds on 18v in a car here... it would do 159.9 bursts and 156-158 on music. Large 4th order band-pass.That much power on only four subs was not good for the subs and they needed replacing periodically. So I would suggest doing eight Nightshades with four 3500Ds for best reliability long term.

July 7, 200916 yr I wouldn't say excessive fragility as he was running around 5000 watts with the 3000Ds on 18v and 1/2 ohm Primarily it was the excessive pressure of the 4th order band-pass destroying the cones and glue joints of speakers -- it did the same thing to any speaker put in there. DD 9500s, RE MTs, and so on. I do not believe he had any voice coil problems with the Nightshades. In any event... for four SAZ-3500Ds I would suggest 16 batteries -- XS Power D3100s would be my choice on 12v. For 16v I would suggest XS Power D1000s and to use 24 of them.---Some videos of the 4x 18s Truck :

July 7, 200916 yr Author We can ship you a big truck I'm sure, haha!uhauhauhaauhahuuhayou send me your truck, hoping it does not stop at the customs uhauhuhauhauhauhauhaus up to 4 batteries are assembled How about 4 Nightshade 18 "with 2 saz-3500D to 18v?deemed to not have to play along, 1 minutes sounds maximum continuousor should I wait for the nightshade ns-x?or monster?
July 7, 200916 yr I think the Monster may be what you want... Brandon (employee) has an SAZ-4500D protytpe on each of his prototype Monsters. This setup was built incorrectly for meter for SPL competition but is VERY loud to your ear.

July 7, 200916 yr Yes, he has two Prototype Monster 18s in the truck for testing. Eventually he will have three of them =)As for your earlier question -- four Nightshades on two 3500s on 18 volts should do well. I would suggest using 18s for maximum SPL.
July 7, 200916 yr You may do well with a 4th or 6th order band-pass... how much volume do you have (liters) ?

July 7, 200916 yr Author You may do well with a 4th or 6th order band-pass... how much volume do you have (liters) ?still have to calculate any liters... to tell the truth, I have yet to choose the car Edited July 7, 200916 yr by kkk4
July 7, 200916 yr Find a big car if you can -- perhaps a Volvo Wagon if you cannot get a big truck or SUV in Italy.

July 7, 200916 yr Brandon is not having any problems with his Monsters on the 4500s on 12 volts.I do not have a date for the Monster yet but I expect the 4500D at the end of October.

July 7, 200916 yr what will the rms of the monster be around jacob?i cant wait till you get everything sorted out: car, subs and amps. it should be a sick install, keep us updated over here in the states
July 7, 200916 yr I am debating on the rated RMS on the Monster... will depend on how stiff of a spider pack I decide to use on it. I'm not a big fan of ultra stiff but that is what everyone wants... to dump huge power on stuff - and that requires a fairly stiff suspension.
July 7, 200916 yr Find a decent mini truck, ext. cab. Or a Dodge caravan, and do 24 sa-12's on 8 1500's
