OK, so you know how it goes.. Screw heads break off, T-nuts spin and any other method needs you to be mounted inside the enclosure.

We designed these on CAD and had them punched and the PCD measurements pre-drilled.

48x 6mm pieces which are reverse mounted to the baffle.

So they needed too be drilled to accept a M5 high tensile bolt... Thats 96 holes that needed to be drilled on the press, hell I went ahead and did the mounting holes too which made 192 holes.

Took me 6 hrs to hand tap all 96 holes..

Anyways back to the enclosure!

Here are the 12 18s stacked up.. (few other subs there.. yes I stacked them that high)

And that wraps up the pics for the enclosure!
