truck - 05 chevy colorado

amp - sundown 3500d

elec - 2 kinetik 2000hc's. big three.

box - 4.5 cubic feet tuned @ 32 hz.

two 12 bls' or two 12 btl's?

looking for spl. but i also want musical daily driving.

i know bl's are more musical and btl's are more loud but i wanna know if one has a significant amount of sq or spl compared to the other.

example (not saying its true) : bl's and q's are not much of a difference sq wise, but bl's get very noticably louder.

The quality of the sound has a great deal to do with the set up and install. There are plenty of people running the BTL's daily. As BTL = Built To Last.

Srsly! ;)

the bl would suit you nicely, but the BTL's will get louder. plus youd be able to use all of the power your sundown outputs daily, without really putting much stress on the subs at all!

BTL = Bustin' Term Labs

BL = Buzz Lightyear

Q= Quality

SSD= Subwoofer is Super Delicious
