Maan you gotta give us more details (go read the noobs post rules), what size sub and coil configuration, what amp? Im pretty sure any rockford amp can push that sub but its hard to answer if you dont give us any useful information.

My bad. Rockford fosgate t400-4 Sub is a rockford fosgate p3 dual 4 ohm

I forget if that amp is stable at 2 ohm mono, but very possible.

If you bridge the four channels you can run it at 200X2 into 4ohms. So you would hook up one coils to each bridged channel.

I would rather go that route for amp life. :)

run one coil to channel 1-2 bridged and run the other coil to channel 3-4 bridged.
