im about to trade for 2 SSD 18's just to mess with for a bit. so im planning on running about 11.5 cu ft at 35 hz, but gonna make interchangable ports to play with different frequencies.

so should i port it forward, or up. subs are gonna be facing forward in a 01 dodge ram ex cab BTW

thinking i have heard alot more "up" stories so far, been asking the same question....... hearing that testing is where it is at though.

guessing the subs forward is due to depth of install? subs up, port up possible? just curious.

Like said above, you will never know for sure until you test.

In the same cab I prefer facing forward without obstructions.

Only found through...testing.
