I need one badly, so I jumped on it.

whats it take to install one? just hook it to the hu or cig lighter wires?

remote, ground, power wires, mine is running to the amp

I was going to try to take one out of my stinger cap, which i don't use and probably can't even sell. But for $18 shipped, I got the blue one. I just hope it isn't as blinding as the sundown blue led on the remote bass knob :wacky:

They're not that bad, but sure are bright! I do most of my driving at night and usually have to squint/block the led with my hand to see where the knob is. I'm about to have two of them as well, my sax 100.4d came in yesterday. :drink40:

I used a small piece of electrical tape on mine to either fully cover it up or let a little light show to know it is on and working.

Don't mean to jack your thread, but heres what mine look like

I like the one for your amp, got a question for you: do they vary when bumping and if so by how much (im assuming one is connected to hu or battery and other one to amp)?

yeah i have one connected to the Sundown and other to bat, nah they do very... but not by much at all. The voltages are very close betweent the bat and amp

Ok I was gonna still your idea but since it is not a major change Im not worried about it then (I'll just keep using the one I have on my Epic-160).
