Looking good, looks like if he had more power and less voltage drops that he may be able to hit 145 db's.

Update about the meter from another Russian customer :

"It's Russian TL analog, we call it "datcheg-2". Difference with the TL no more than 0,1 dB."

That meter definitely caught my eye. Looks better than TL if you ask me.

Any ideas what price is it ?
