February 20, 201015 yr Author Lookin' GOOD, I'm tuned in. How do you like your Pathfinder? I have a 2006 Nissian Xterra.i like it alot, for some reason i like the model i have better than the 07-08...i leased one and those are just too bulky for me, so the SE i have now is the perfect size with just enough beast in it
February 20, 201015 yr Author got called in for work at the last minute so could't pick up any fiberglass/body filler -but i'll manage somehow to get over to menards

February 20, 201015 yr Author i like it good work! alright just got back from Lowes, and fixed my amp rack so now its secured down and plexi is tightly flush...only thing left to do now is start glassing
February 20, 201015 yr Author By far the EASIEST time glassing, probably because i used latex gloves, last couple times i was to lazy to use them... I use the same cup for glassing every time, over a year or resin is solid in it, heheA single layer of resin on the fiberglass matdrying process now...might be able to throw in one more layer before work, but we'll see
February 20, 201015 yr Check out some of this stuff. It stays tacky during layers so you dont have to sand. Tap Plastics Then on the last layer, you add the hardener. Surface Curing Agent Its pretty cool stuff. You will want the bubble buster as well.Coming along nicely. How do you get exactly 67% though! LOL
February 20, 201015 yr Is there a reason your doing a layer of glass mat as well? You really won't need it, do the resin soaked fabric and body filler to smooth and shape it.
February 20, 201015 yr This is a great build and the pics are great... Keep up the great work... Hawk Edited February 20, 201015 yr by thehawk93
