I'm about to grab up a normal ANL fuse holder from Knu when I notice they have this "high current" fuse holder that uses multiple mini ANL fuses instead of one big honker like the normal one, (not the mini). They say it will have "lower voltage drop across the fused surface area" as well as handling higher currents. Is there any validity to this statement? Has anyone had any experiece with one of these to know if it really has any great affect on voltage drop? I'm just curious...

i assume you are talkign about this one right?

Knukonceptz product detail for KONFUSED HIGH CURRENT IN-LINE FUSE HOLDER

is this statement valid, yes!

how think about it! what happens to resistors in parellel? the current divides up and hte overal resistance drops!

But are we looking at 14.5 volts instead of 14.4 or is it likely to see a large jump? That is the question... Whether it is nobler to face the slings and arrows of a single large fuse or to... oh never mind. lol

looks like i may have got ahead of myself ordering from knu.. bought 4 of the big ANL style holders, should have got these.. wonder if it makes a big difference. idea makes sense.

o does it make a difference lol no not realy! just a selling point! actual numbers i would have to GUESS 0.001 lol actualy i jsut pulled that number out noticable difference i would have to say NO

I'll save the 5 bucks for shipping.

That thing is HUGE! Try 3 times the area as needed when using the normal one.
