Posted April 27, 201015 yr I have just got a btl 18 fully loaded and am now looking for a amp and was wondering witch would be better one? I will be running all Knukonceptz 1/0 awg fleks wire with a big 3 upgrade with a new xs batt onder the hood so what amp would be the best thank you very much !

April 27, 201015 yr Better is AQ out of the 2.Even if the Hifonics does a couple hundred more watts, u'd never hear it!AQ has more direct customer service and i trust them more since i've ran there amps for a couple years now.

April 27, 201015 yr If you can control the volume knob, the BTL will handle that amp no problem. Does it need that amp? Nope. The power from the 2200 is more than enough for the BTL to perform awesome.Going to need more electrical system than a one battery and a stock alt to support 3500+ watts.Brian

May 28, 201015 yr If you have to ask if the btl can handle 3k+ then you shouldn't run that much. Stick with the AQ 2200D
