:lol2:

lmao @ the vid....tooo funny bro!

the build, as you have been told, is awesome, and your kinship top your son is very admirable.

multiple vids now , ftw!!!

A couple of things?

1.) What did Soundstream say? It better be at least 4 figures just look at this sexy machine!

2.) You mentioned much earlier in the build about a turbo kit in the future, but I just wanted to throw out my opinion:

Even though it would be awesome to have an amazing looking car like this with a big ole snail spooling under the hood, it is a lot easier to keep a slow car looking good, and also a lot easier to keep an N/A car running smoother than a non-stock turbo car. If you and your son want to have a fast project too, please get one! Just not another 2g Eclipse cause they got nastier crank walk than Compton has Crip Walk... You're likely quite the gearhead as well seeing as everything you touch seems to turn to gold! (Except the grill :drink40: ) I just... Oh hell I'm just rambling again. It's your car, enjoy that **** to the fullest!

3.) You and your son inspire me. Hopefully I can get my dad to get himself some free time next summer as I'm in the process of getting a new project... Either way, keep on keepin' on, I wish you the VERY best! :drink40: I can't wait to see where this goes next!

Answers to the pop quiz: LOL!

1) Waiting untill a few complications have been resolved. Getting batteries (need more power) and after driving a little started having issues with fuel pressure (working on it)

2) Turbo addition is not out of the question, but I think my son after having a chance to drive it a little can see it does have a little go-power with just the few power add-ers and with the suspension being modded it handles great!!!! You are correct, keeping it closer to stock does add to the every day enjoyment and less headaches!

3) Thanks for the thoughts and comments. I am excited you may get a chance for a new project and an opportunity to share time with your Dad!

Here are the updates: About the time me got ready to put on the hood and spoiler we started having some problems with fuel supply. Car had been running fine now comes the problems. As I allready new the car had been sittind for a while before we got it and I should have known, but when it had been running so well didn't think it would be a problem.

The fuel in the tank had turned to crap and was stopping up the pick-up for the fuel pump. So, knowing the tank had to come out and dealing with the battery situation it got the best of me so it sat for a few days. Sorry son.

After my mind had cleared it is back to it.....

Here finally are shots of the spoiler on the car:

Was starting to get dark by the time we finished getting the tank back in, but were we done no we had to take it for a cruise and see if we fixed it. So we drove to a spot downtown were a lot of folks hang out. Kind of a 1st time debut. Here are a few picks:
