June 9, 201015 yr Author I'm thinking about doing two Powerbass 4xl 8" midbass (one in each door) on a SAX 125.2, and two sets of either the 2xl or 3xl components on a SAX 100.4.

June 9, 201015 yr Author Keep up the great work and all the pictures. More coming in a couple seconds lol.
June 9, 201015 yr Author Getting started on the other side. Those white spots were messing with me. Their completely saturated, maybe just discolored or something lol.My half inch thick Tupperware lol.Gonna let that harden up a lil while I mow, then more layers of mat.
June 9, 201015 yr Author Got a layer of mat on. It went on smoother because I used a roller this time instead of a brush, worked quite well.I'm almost out of resin, so I'll be done until I can get out and get some more. Maybe I'll do a lil work on the baffles and port or something.

June 13, 201015 yr Author a whole lot of work & a truly AWESOME build man today is the 1st time im seeing it & i will be tuning in daily to see how the progress comes along :drink40: Thanks man. Progress has been slow lately, and will be for the next couple days, but it will pics up a lil soon.
June 13, 201015 yr Author It's been a while since I've done any work, but I did get a lil done today before going kayak fishing.Made life a lil easier.Nice tight fit. When I took this pic, I realized that I went a lil overboard with the glue lol.ScrewedCircles for hole cutouts, decided to use a screw instead of a pensil for some reason lol.I'll hopefully get a lil more done tomorrow after riding and before fishing again. Gotta get out and get some more fiberglass too.
June 13, 201015 yr Author Great progress! Keep up the good work!ThanksComin' along nicely! Starting to look like a box.Yep, slowly but surely, thanks.my jealousy is rising........Lol thanks.
June 13, 201015 yr Author Another test fitting.Sub ready for test fit.Gonna get the rest of the layers for the driver side baffle cut today. Maybe work on the other baffle, we'll see.
June 14, 201015 yr Author Please brace the hell out of that baffle Please brace the hell out of that baffle x218135218135 = Brace lolThe baffle will be 4.5" thick, and I'll probably do a 2x4 across the middle. Not a lot of material left on that baffle to attach that monster 21"! I know lol. The subs are gonna overlap onto the side walls, port walls, top, and bottom.
June 14, 201015 yr Author Rest of the layers cut, just gotta cut holes out. The jig saw overheated half way through the first hole, so I'll be finishing that tomorrow lol.First two layers glued and screwed.I may end up doing another .75" baffle/beauty panel all in one piece and mount the subs to that, then do a layer of .5" to recess the subs. Making the baffle thickness a total of 5".
June 14, 201015 yr Author Poor little saw, Looks like the front is comin' together.... Haha ya, I hope it's ok though. And it's still coming right along.I may not get much done today because I'm gonna wax the boat again. Need some fiberglass money lol.
June 14, 201015 yr tuning into this project kinda late but still can't wait to see more, thumbs up for doin shit right the first time
