The kerf is one piece of MDF cut in two places to create two separate bends.

Testing went good. I love this port style, 0 port noise even at very close proximity. The extreme low end reproduction is amazing for just a single 12 in my Tahoe.

2.25 cu ft internal tuned to 30hz. (site recommend)
