February 15, 201312 yr I saw a guy usng dumbs while standing on a bosu thingy. He almost ate it hard.Mixing free weights and this crossfit/core training is getting out of hand. Both have a place, neither have a place with each other. April 27, 201312 yr I have osteoarthritis in my knees and I am only 34 I was given the ok by the doc to run but I know that ultimately isn't the best idea. I am starting off slow doing 2 miles.
