Does the saz1500 have a signal output, so you could run rcas from it to another amp? I'm thinking about getting a smaller amp for mids and highs and wanted to know if I would have to run another set of rcas from deck? Or if the saz could output it.

Thanks

If the 1500 is hooked up to the sub output you will need to run another set from the headunit

Can I just use a RCA splitter then?

No rca out just the slave master in and out.

How many rca outs does your deck have?

I'll have to check i don't remember off the top of my head and I'm out of town

You could do the opposite and run rca's from you highs amp to the sub amp. Most have a full range output.

Best not to get lazy. If you have multiple rca out from your head unit use them instead.

Y-splitters will work as long as the signal output from your HU is full range. You just won't have any fading capability or specific subwoofer control from the HU.

in my experience Y splitters half the power or so, least off the other amp it seems to boost it back up.
