I decided to wire my entire system myself. My question is wiring the dual 1 ohm 15 " ssd to the MTX X1000D mono bloc class d amp. Im okay with everything else. Just need to know how to wire the subwoofer to the amp to 2ohms..The amp is rated 1000W rms at 2ohm. Thanks in advance.

okay on the diagram above...what wire am i supposed to use to connect that positive and negative terminal. a negative wire or positive?

Just use any wire that conducts electricit. whatever color just connect +and- together

Where you see "2ohms" that is where the speaker hooks to your amplifier.

The + going to the - on the far right hand side of the diagram is just a wire to connect the coils in series...thats how you get 2ohms with a dual 1ohm coil.

You'll run one single wire from the POS to NEG on the speaker..

Then run one single wire from the POS on the speaker to the POS on the amp..

Then run one single wire from the NEG on the speaker to the NEG on the amp.
