Decided to get started myself.Started off slacking on the pics (was anxious and in a hurry lol)I was outta town with work, and showed my dad what I wanted done before I left. He started with thisGood thing I made it home before he did any fiberglassing. Now looks like this.Not much had to be cutRings to space it up, to give it a curvy lookRings to make it flush mounted Bam, waiting for all the glue and what not to setup

They are SHOK Industries CB6.5 component set.(amazing sound for the price, I would compare them with being a little better than the CDT HD-62CF set($399)But Im actually running a custom one I had him make me.

Its Polyester, the stuff they make bathing suits out of2. Kinda confused what you mean, but yes everything is air tight.I love fiberglass projects man, that looks awesome.. and some killer speakers!
