March 12, 201114 yr Maybe I should of been more perceive. You said these was unavailable until a US distributor picked them up.Does this mean one has? Or your getting them the same way as last time.(Which I'm not sure how) I'm hope I'm not getting to personal. Just curious.I ask strange questions. Lol.
March 12, 201114 yr Admin No worries on that questions. These are the last from Bravox NA. Once they are all out, and moved back to brazil, a distributor will need to pick the products up. Problem with that is the prices will skyrocket.
March 12, 201114 yr Ok, so the price will still be similar, since they are not totally out yet? I was thinking when y'all ran out, that was it.I hope because I really want a set, I don't have the extra money at the moment but I won't miss this chance. So I'll find it somehow. Also how much power will these take? I guess I'm asking the sweet spot.
March 12, 201114 yr Thanks for the group buy i finally installed the CX60K i bought for my dad for x-mas in his truck and he loves em. Now if i can just get him to let me put one of the boss audio amps i bought off yall in their and he will be set

March 16, 201114 yr I'm anxious to hear news if you got anymore yet.How do you pronounce Bravox? I don't want to fill like a idiot.
March 20, 201114 yr Admin AWESOME!!!! :rofl2: Can't wait to get these!!Sorry to be a little behind schedule, but they will ship out to us Tuesday I believe.
March 20, 201114 yr Admin Are you only getting that one model? For this run, yes. It is the last of the Carbon Fibers here in the USA. I will speak with them and find out what is left and maybe do one more inventory shortly.
March 23, 201114 yr I'm not sure if these are in the direction I want to go yet.I guess I need to make up my mind soon before they are all gone.Hey Aaron, you haven't thought about being a distributor for Bravox? Or are they wanting a big distributor?
March 23, 201114 yr They're an authorized dealer. Aren't Bravox going out of business or something like that? That's why they're able to sell these on the cheap side of things.
March 23, 201114 yr ^ something like that. I talked to them a while back. And I think they r being bought out so no more "Bravox" ?... not exactly sure.
March 23, 201114 yr Admin I'm not sure if these are in the direction I want to go yet.I guess I need to make up my mind soon before they are all gone.Hey Aaron, you haven't thought about being a distributor for Bravox? Or are they wanting a big distributor?Sadly, it does not make sense what so ever, at this time, to be a distributor for Bravox, (though another dealer does not think so). Here is the deal, Bravox is built in Brazil and so their build costs are greater then companies that go to China etc. They are, on average, a higher end brand, and imported higher end brands are getting hit the hardest from the damaged American economy and constant lowering of customer awareness of quality and performance. Now with that said, Bravox had to continue to raise their prices over the last few years to stay in the USA. Well they hit a point where they were not selling enough and ownership decided to return all operations to Brazil. What is happening now, is their American headquarters is closing and we are able to blow out the remaining stock here in the USA. There are a number of models we had trouble moving only a few pair, even with these stupid low prices. Now looking at the logic, to sell the next series models, pricing will have to return to normal, but that normal will be much higher. Reason being is that Bravox is no longer importing product to the USA, so a distributor would have to (raising the price), now you have a distributor in between dealers and Bravox (raising the price), and new products traditionally go up a few dollars every years (again raising the price). All equaling to much more expensive pricing on products that have trouble selling at drastically discounted pricing, and with the brand leaving the continent lowers awareness, promotional, and makes dealing with Bravox much more difficult due to the international issues now in play. That is why it makes no sense to become a distributor for a brand that has struggled in sales the last few years. We sold off a bunch of our stock at our cost to a local dealer a couple of months back.We could become a distributor, but I am not going to tie up thousands of dollars in product that has all the above obstacles and have it sit here for way too long. If there was suddenly a crap load of demand for their products, or our pricing structure change greatly, things could change. But I used this group buy as a gauge to see the viability of continuing to sell Bravox, and it was not nearly strong enough sales wise to warrant continuing on, which is a shame as I have a great business relationship with the North American HQ and they really like us (actually in the middle of an email with them right now), and want us to become a distributor.I hope that was clear enough in my messy thought stream.
