Posted December 22, 201014 yr Since the new SAZ-1500d v2 does not have any fuses inside or outside of the amplifier, what is the suggested size for the in line fuse?
December 22, 201014 yr its says Fuse rating 40A x 4 in the manual so i am thinking a 200A fuse would be fine but thats just what i think
December 22, 201014 yr Draw is ~160 amps -- you could use a 150-amp ANL for most situation.Im runnind 2 1500d's with a 300 amp ANL by monster. Master Slave config. I burp a 49hz tone about 15 seconds at a time. Never had to replace a fuse yet.Im runnig a 220 amp alt, 3 c&d big boy batteries, 4 runs of 0 gauge, 2 saz1500d's on a single PWK design bass reflex. With a single dual .5 ohm 9515g. runs around 152db.
