well i got the aero ports on today just still need to add a bit more sealant and they should be good! made half the double baffle too.

getting the ports aligned to where i wanted them..

they were being a pain so i taped them down better

i made a little "step" for the ports to slightly rest on to prevent to much flex..

heres the little "step" lol..

made my three cut outs for the aero ports. was kind of difficult getting to the back cut outs, but it worked out..

Ill be gluing these on later this week..

as well as getting to the double baffle cut out..

and look what the mail man dropped off today! lol

seems all is coming nice! i have A LOT of sanding ahead of me! so dont give me to much smack about the messy sealant. lol

Digging the dowels and little step for aeros, are you planning on carpeting the box? Reason I ask is, it may be easier to carpet then put ports over?

thanks man! yes i plan on carpeting the box. i guess i wasnt thinking about the carpet when i screwed the ports in... hmm. i guess i shall work the carpet around the ports then. haha

May just use a razor and cut around the aero, never messed with carpeting

i got back from vacation today and my Bl 15 arrived!

arrived a lot sooner then expected due to the back ordering that Fi was going through. so im very happy about that!!

went with chrome blue this time to have something different. lol

got the baffle ready

all glued up and drying for the double baffle to get put on tomorrow!
