When I opened my trunk this morning to let my lil bro look at my subs both of my dustcaps was off. Is that something I should be worried about?

Looks like you will need some ca glue or epoxy to re-attach the caps.

I would say that they did not get enough glue on them at the factory.

:sleepwerd4: looks like they didn't get 'em glued right, should be able to just glue 'em back on and be fine.

No, not strong enough. Epoxy is your best bet.

that looks crazy... silicon may be too abrasive, but I could be wrong... Your subs look evil!!

Lil Brother: Huhhh, is it suppose to look like that LsChevy?

:roflmao:

LsChevy: :suicide-santa:

^^^ lmao

Sundown z's its the regular sundown dustcap

We had a bad tube of glue recently and a few caps came clean off like that until we figured it out -- "Amazing Goop" at Lowes in the small blue tube will fix it right up.

hey this might help some!

unless you already seen it, and if you did sorry!

That was actually for our old caps which has the support disc behind them -- we do it differently now :)

it might not be a big deal, but it shouldn't be okay that dustcaps just came off of your subs.... i would be pissed personally. I'm sure sundown would offer to fix them, but if you wanna fix em on your own more power to ya :ughdunno:

Its not worth it to ship them heavy ass all the way back to N.C. Just for some glue. I can do that myself. As long as the subs still play I'm good
