  • Top company brand name for me is US Amps. I have had many different US Amps and none of them have had any problems what so ever. Just wish I could afford them now:(

Ascendant audio (avalanche still thumpin strong)

On a side note, some great brands to have at home:

Harman Kardon (excellent recievers)

JBL

Mackie (PA amplifiers)

Bash ( plate amplifiers)

Elemental Designs

OZ Audio - love my matrix elite 12.  Still have it, but am trying new stuff again just for fun...

Alpine - still have my CDA-7998, probably my favorite deck that I've run (run different alpines, Pioneer, Sony, JVC...)

JBL for amps - ran a pair of their amps for 7 years with no hiccups, and I wasn't nice to them either.

I'd have to go with Eclipse (fujitsu) era, Pre-BB RF and Kicker, Phoenix gold amps have always been a fave of mine.

Rockford fosgate

Alpine (h/u)

Audio que/soundqubed (love my hdc3 12)

Wow quite a few different opinions on brands in here.

I love the 13W7's

TC Sounds

And truly will not buy any pre-package sub anymore unless I'm getting a deal, that includes the names above. Now I go custom for my sub, prefer single 15" with 4" coil. Such as; Concept 50 pound motor (I still have 1) OZ Audio power series motor (another 50+ pounder) TC sounds lms, soundstream's 70 pound motor. Pack those motors up and send over to zueslicious and oh my F*#kin GOD. Mmats competition 4k amp to push any of those subs and oh my F*+~kin dog. That setup will have bubbles cumming out of you at night, not the loudest but oh man how deeply smooth lol.
